Set on a five-acre Montecito estate, this whole-home installation blends advanced technology with luxurious living — engineered to enhance convenience, entertainment, security, and energy efficiency while staying completely out of sight.

A Crestron control system manages nine television zones, 22 audio zones, 190 lighting loads, and 12 climate zones from a single, intuitive interface. A 190-load Lutron HomeWorks system — seven dimming panels, 0–10V modules, and custom Alisse keypads in Graphite and Brushed Bronze with laser-engraved labels — delivers precise, energy-efficient lighting scenes throughout the home.

Indoors, invisible Amina drywall speakers disappear into the architecture across the family room, kitchen, formal living, and dining rooms — 17 speakers and three subwoofers tuned for performance that rivals visible competitors. Outside, a 30-speaker Ambisonic landscape system covers the pool, gardens, patios, putting green, and tennis court, while a 100-inch Sony display and custom Leon soundbar anchor the pool bar.

A dedicated theater pairs a 120-inch 2.35:1 screen with a JVC 8K DLA-NZ900 laser projector, Triad Gold speakers, and a Marantz Dolby Atmos processor — Dirac-calibrated and fed over fiber-optic HDMI for a true reference cinematic experience.

Underpinning everything is a 10-gigabit fiber-optic network with 26 Wi-Fi 7 access points and seven Ethernet switches, secured by UniFi Protect with 22 AI-enabled cameras and 2N access control. Centralized Crestron and SONOS integration ties every system together — complex engineering distilled into simple, one-touch control.
