Experienced AV Integration Technician

Full-time · Santa Barbara / Montecito

You've done this before. You can walk into a job, read the drawings, build a clean rack, terminate and test, and leave a system that works the first time — and looks like no one was ever there.

What you'll do

Install and service residential audio, video, networking, lighting, shading, and control systems
Build and dress equipment racks; pull, terminate, label, and test low-voltage cabling
Program and commission control & networking gear (Crestron, Control4, Lutron, UniFi, etc.)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the field with professionalism in clients' homes
Document your work so the system is serviceable for years

What you bring

Several years of custom-integration / low-voltage experience
Working knowledge of one or more control platforms (Crestron, Control4, Savant) and IP networking
Clean, meticulous wiring habits and pride in craftsmanship
Comfortable on ladders/lifts and able to lift ~50 lbs
Valid CA driver's license & clean record; reliable and punctual
Bonus: CEDIA / Crestron / Lutron / Ubiquiti certifications

AV Installer / Apprentice

Full-time · Santa Barbara / Montecito · Will train

You've worked with your hands in a trade — electrical, low-voltage, construction, IT, audio, anything hands-on — and you want to learn high-end integration from a senior team. We'll teach you the craft; you bring the work ethic.

What you'll do

Assist senior technicians on installs — pulling and terminating wire, mounting, and prep
Learn rack building, networking, and control systems on real luxury projects
Keep job sites clean, organized, and respectful of the client's home
Grow into running your own installs as your skills develop

What you bring

Some hands-on trade experience (electrical, construction, low-voltage, IT, AV, or similar)
Genuine eagerness to learn and a great attitude
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with physical work, ladders, and lifting ~50 lbs
Valid CA driver's license & clean record
No integration experience required — we provide training and mentorship
