The cheapest time to engineer technology is on paper. We review your drawings, walk the program with you and the designer, and recommend the right systems and realistic budget ranges before a wall goes up. Early engagement is what lets the technology disappear into the architecture instead of fighting it later.

Documentation & coordination
Drawings your trades can actually build to.
We produce the low-voltage package: device, keypad, and speaker locations, conduit and back-box schedules, rack elevations, riser diagrams, and single-line drawings — coordinated against the architectural, electrical, and structural sets. We answer RFIs, attend coordination meetings, and flag conflicts before they become change orders.

Pre-wire & rough-in
On the framing schedule, before insulation and drywall.
Our crews pull, terminate, and label structured wiring, conduit, and backing while the walls are open — sequenced around framing, plumbing, and electrical so we never hold up the trades that follow. Everything is documented as-built, so trim goes fast and clean.

Trim & integration
Devices, racks, network, and programming.
Once finishes are in, we trim out displays, speakers, keypads, and shades, build and dress the equipment rack, stand up the network, and program the control system — coordinating with your finish schedule so nothing is installed too early or damaged on site.

Calibration & handoff
Tuned, documented, and stewarded for the long term.
We calibrate audio and video to the room, test every system, and hand the client a documented, labeled system with their own credentials — plus training and an optional service plan. Your client's lasting impression of the home includes how effortlessly the technology works.
