Dual sheer + blackout

Drapery automation

We engineer custom ceiling and window pockets so the hardware disappears entirely — you see fabric and the view, never a roller tube.

Shades track the sun to cut heat and glare automatically, and join lighting scenes so 'Movie' or 'Goodnight' moves the whole room at once.
The view is the asset — protect it
On the South Coast, the window is the most valuable surface in the house. Shading done badly fights that view; done well, it manages light and heat while keeping the ocean, the mountains, and the gardens in full frame.
We treat shading as a design discipline. Fabric openness, color, pocket detailing, and the timing of automated movement are all specified to the room — so the system protects furnishings and art from UV without ever feeling industrial.
A master shading studio
Shades live or die on measurement and fabrication. We run a dedicated shading studio: precise field measurement, curated fabric selection, custom pocket engineering, and meticulous installation with the hembars aligned and the motors tuned to near silence.
Integrated with HomeWorks or RadioRA 3, your shades become part of a single, coordinated system rather than a separate remote in a drawer.

Good to know
Do motorized shades require new wiring?+
Not always. Wired Sivoia QS shades give the cleanest, most reliable result for new construction, while battery-powered Palladiom shades are perfect for renovations where running power isn't practical.
How quiet are they really?+
Lutron's premium motors are engineered to be near-silent — in a quiet room you'll barely register them moving. Proper installation and tuning are key, which is where our shading studio earns its keep.
Can I get total blackout in a bedroom?+
Yes. We use blackout fabrics with side channels and engineered pockets to eliminate light gaps — true darkness for bedrooms and theaters.
